Ben Platts-Mills is, among other things, a writer. He hails originally from Glastonbury but now lives in London. Ben's writing frequently interrogates the relationship of human consciousness to the physical world around us. He once described his work as "trying to unravel [his] own nervous system". He is currently working on two novels and his work can be found in almost every issue of Attack!!!!. In April this year Ben travelled to America in search of ideas from people and organisations there to help in his work at Headway East London. Ben is now looking to put some of the things he learned on this trip to good use through the Discovery Programme of which he is a founder. For Two Heads, Ben and Wes have collaborated to produce this new piece of writing inspired by the Roman god Janus. A booklet featuring the text was launched at the live Attack!!!! event, at Cafe OTO on 28th January 2009, in a numbered edition of 150. Copies are available to buy and you can order yours here.
